ARTENOVA (STUDIOS)
A 5floor empty building which use to be an old furniture house in Mechelen will be during the whole month of August open to host artistic social scientific research under the name of imaginary institution called NEWFOUNDLAND

SERRES
Greenhouse to be transformed into a / Place for sleeping, eating, camping, rituals, planting , building, overnight workshops, gatherings under the moon. The greenhouse is (van 2000 m2) surrounded by a beautiful piece of nature- with forest, whey and pond.

HOW TO GET THERE:
From Brussels you can take a direct train to Hever

or if you arrive first to Mechelen central station and ARTENOVA you can take a train to Hever from central station
If you arrived to the train station in Hever you will follow google maps direction leading you to Leuvensesteenweg 83 and you arrive to the crossroad – the point marked by Google maps. Choose the path in the field which is opposite the road leading to railways crossing and after 200 m you will arrive in front of the Greenhouse. The green house will be on your left side while you walk the path. Enter the greenhouse and you will get more informations there.
TRAVEL POSSIBILITIES BETWEEN ARTENOVA AND SERRES:
TRAINS :
there is a train just behind the Greenhouse which goes directly to the city center and Artenova. The train is just 8 minutes but the last train leaves at 22:56.

WHAT TO BRING
Basic camping gear:
Tent (optional)
Sleeping bag (must)
Bed sheet (must if possible)
Pillow (optional)
Blanket (optional)
Spray or anything against mosquitos and any kind of medicaments for insect allergies.
We are building a camping in DE SERRES – the Green house.
Feel free to bring a tent, there are nice places in the forest where you can camp. Otherwise if you are not going to bring a tent, we are going to build a wooden platform with mattresses between the roots inside of the green house. As we don’t provide any blankets – What is needed is to bring the sleeping bag and bed sheets.
SHARING RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cooking the plants, herbs and vegetables from gardens:
We are going to share the food collected from the gardens combined with food and prepare it together in
